New changes on visa issues

For the attention of citizens planning to visit Uzbekistan, we inform you that starting from June 12, 2023, 
visa applications will be accepted only on the basis of electronic applications completed on the website https://visa.mfa.uz/, 
and manually completed applications will be automatically rejected by the system.

Also, uploading a personal photo and copies of the passport when filling out the form 
on the visa.mfa.uz website is mandatory

Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan

From January 1, 2023, a visa-free regime is established for citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have provided flight tickets to their own or third country for a period of 30 days from the date of entry into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On February 9, 2021, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6165 "On measures for the further development of domestic and pilgrim tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted.
This Decree is aimed at diversifying tourism products and services in various segments of the tourism market, further increasing their competitiveness, creating a favorable domestic and international tourism environment, expanding transport routes, improving the quality of transport services, and promoting tourism products.
In accordance with paragraph 6 of this Decree, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the Kingdom of Oman and the People's Republic of China, including HHR, A visa-free regime has been established for citizens of Macau's special administrative districts.
